The main goal of the company is to find new workers (carpenters, steel fixers, wood butchers and concreters) and to create a database of workers who look for a job and those who are hired and have considerable experience, in order to find an ideal worker for a given workstation. This process is aimed to be costless for an employee.

Our base of customers (construction companies) is fundamental and allows to select the best workers and to partnership with foreign companies-mainly in Norway.

Our company organize free of charge and innovative trainings for workers before they take a job in Poland or in Europe and also sets up direct meetings with employers.

Seminars with trainings are always in non-working days (it allows to gain bigger amount of workers with the highest qualifications working in the profession). Free of charge trainings will help with selection of workers in the future.
